  6. Sunny here and in the 70s. I'm enjoying it, of course - I mean, how can you not?! But at the same time, it feels a little creepy because it's so atypical for this time of year.

    My lilacs are leafing out. My blueberry bushes are starting to get buds. The thing people aren't getting yet about climate change is that growing and maintaining our usual crops is going to be very challenging. In some cases, not possible.

    Also, if we don't get some sub-freezing temperatures for at least a few weeks, we'll pay for it next summer.
